At Mind Spa, we believe in taking a holistic approach to mental health care, which is why we offer both integrative talk therapy and medication management services to our patients. Our experienced therapists provide a safe and supportive environment for individuals to explore their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors, and work with them to develop personalized treatment plans that may include talk therapy, mindfulness practices, and medication management.

IOP programming is designed for 3 hours a day, 3 days a week. During this time the individual will participate in: Psychoeducational education: Process group using evidence based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy, or some other modality. We provide both virtual and in person appointments. Each group or “cohort” will have 10-12 individuals who will program for 8-12 weeks. Outcome measure are used to help both the therapist and the individual determine treatment progress and that the treatment goals are being achieved.
