Lokiten Behavioral Health

IOP programming is designed for 3 hours a day, 3 days a week. During this time the individual will participate in: Psychoeducational education: Process group using evidence based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy, or some other modality. We provide both virtual and in person appointments. Each group or “cohort” will have 10-12 individuals who will program for 8-12 weeks. Outcome measure are used to help both the therapist and the individual determine treatment progress and that the treatment goals are being achieved.
