The October 2nd We Honor Veterans (WHV) Colorado Hospice-Veteran Partnership (HVP) Meeting will feature our annual Voices of Veterans Panel Discussion. Hosted by the Colorado HVP group, which is made up of hospice organizations from across the state, this event provides a unique opportunity to hear directly from veterans about their experiences.
The purpose of this discussion is to help healthcare professionals better understand the unique experiences of veterans so we can more effectively honor and support them as they face serious illness and end-of-life challenges.
