Charlie Health’s virtual Intensive Outpatient Program is a personalized combination of supported groups, family therapy, and individual therapy. IOP typically involves supported groups, individual therapy sessions, and family therapy programming that is conducted several times per week. Virtual intensive outpatient programming (IOP) is a type of IOP that is conducted remotely and securely. It allows individuals to participate in structured groups, individual therapy, and family therapy from the comfort of their own home.
