Help for children, young people, seniors, and the needy; those with challenges physically, mentally, or emotionally; pregnant moms and their infants; the unemployed; those living below the poverty level; those in transition of any kind, find help in this place of caring.

Our goal is to strengthen children with coping skills, emotional support, and to promote healthy living habits to build successful lives. We routinely help children and families: 3yoa-17yoa with a behavioral health diagnosis or symptoms, at-risk children and families, divorce and custody issues, domestic violence, grandparent caregiver households, children in foster care, teen pregnancy, juvenile delinquency, and DHS involvement. Youth ages 12-17 years old may contact us directly without parental consent and we will assist you.

As a Health First Colorado/Medicaid member Colorado Community Health Alliance (CCHA) is your regional organization. CCHA services may include physical health, behavioral health, dental care, and other resources such as food, housing, transportation and childcare.

Workshops and programs designed to include all family members. Adult exercise classes, GED program, community gardens, workshops to support financial health, and so much more. We offer food boxes during office hours, and when funding is available we may be able to help with emergency financial assistance.

Diversus provides mental and behavioral health care and counseling in multiple Colorado communities, one person or family at a time. Our exceptional health care services focus on assisting you with counseling, psychiatry, addiction, and crisis.

Envida provides specialized transportation in Colorado Springs and Teller County for the disabled, older adults, and the economically disadvantaged. Request a ride by calling 719-633-4677

PEAK improves the lives of families of children with disabilities by walking with them and guiding them through challenges they face when they try to access education and community services.

Peak View Behavioral Health offers acute care and outpatient programs to support individuals who are going through a crisis. We provide proven treatment options for both mental health and substance abuse issues while offering support and education to the client's family members.

Pikes Peak Suicide Prevention Partnership provides free suicide resources and support services to increase awareness, provide education, and connect individuals and organizations to needed resources.

Exists to promote our vision of Healthy Mountain Living in our community. We monitor the health status of the Teller County citizens and establish strong community partnerships to identify and solve health problems. We educate and empower the community to become part of the root of health and wellness.
